Building a foundation in ITIL

On the 26th of february I passed my ITIL V3 foundation exam. I am glad to have got it done and out of the way, I am now moving onto the next course withint the ITIL framework, Service Operations, which will be the first stage on the route to gaining the ITIL expert qualification.
