project scope: to refesh the 500 strong sales force laptop stock, migrating over the data and settings from the old Laptops to the new to enable the employee to continue working, part of this was done during a sales conference which included a through-the-night shift to ensure laptops where ready for collection at the end of the conference.

Project scope: to visit 250 of the 450 howdens depots over a two year period and check the cabling and network equipment, replacing equipment when needed and installing all network equipment into a rack system.
