We provide IT support to SME’s who have no, or limited, internal IT expertise, with telephone, remote, and onsite technical support and hardware warranty covered in our managed service plans. Many of our competitors claim to take on the function of an internal department, but they miss important benefits of the internal approach – preventative maintenance, ad-hoc user training and support, and continuous improvement. Pacific ensure that our contract maintenance clients do get these important benefits and the client’s IT infrastructure is not left behind by simply being fixed when it goes wrong and nothing more.
We also supply outsourced helpdesk support, allowing your customers to call in to our friendly and professional team, branded as your own if required, and we will attempt to fix their issue, using the tools and knowledge we have available, and escalate the call accurately to whe
rever you need. Our Service Desk runs to ITIL v3 standards, and with our call handling system we can provide detailed statistics call recordings. Our integrated approach means that we can log calls on your system wherever possible to avoid duplication of work, and allow the users to be satisfied faster. We are committed to our staff being fully trained on your user applications so your users never feel like they are talking to people who don’t understand their issues.

Pacific Computers can assist you with your IT Projects from integrating new technology like virtualisation or Sharepoint, to desktop rollouts covering distributed locations, when we can apply Prince2 methodology and hard-earned experience to give you the best outcomes.
